Attorney Profile

Barbara M. Palmer has practiced law since 1996. She graduated from Portland State University and the University of Oregon School of Law. Since being admitted to the Oregon State Bar, she focused her practice on family law.

Ms. Palmer is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Lane County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the District of Oregon.

In addition to spending time with her family, Ms. Palmer is an amateur photographer, she enjoys rafting and exploring new places.
